Maria Kutscher is the Founder and CEO of Club Level Consulting and the visionary behind the National Football Cheerleaders Spirit of Service (NFCSOS).

With more than 30 years of experience in wealth management, including serving as a Philanthropic Director at U.S. Trust and TIAA, Maria has built her career around helping individuals and families navigate important financial and life transitions with clarity and purpose.

A former NFL cheerleader, she is passionate about creating a national community where alumni can reconnect, give back, and make a meaningful impact through service. Maria brings a unique blend of leadership, experience, and heart to empowering women to continue making a difference in their communities long after their time on the field.
