The organization shall be known as the National Football Cheerleaders Spirit of Service (NFCSOS). Its purpose is to unite alumni cheerleaders in service, philanthropy, and community engagement nationwide.
Membership is open to individuals who have professionally cheered on a professional national football team. Members must complete registration requirements and agree to the Code of Conduct.
The Board provides governance, strategic oversight, and fiduciary responsibility. The Board shall consist of at least three members and may include officers such as CEO, President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
Standing committees may include Programs & Community Outreach, Marketing & Communications, Partnerships & Sponsorships, and Membership & Chapter Development. Additional committees may be formed as needed.
Local chapters may be formed to support community-based initiatives and events, aligned with NFCSOS mission and standards.
The Board shall meet monthly to review operations, strategy, and financial oversight.
These bylaws may be amended by majority approval of the Board.
