Code of Conduct

Members of the National Football Cheerleaders Spirit of Service (NFCSOS) are ambassadors of professionalism, positivity, and community impact. As representatives of a respected network of alumni cheerleaders, members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and enthusiasm at all times.

Professionalism & Representation:

• Members will represent themselves and NFCSOS in a positive, respectful, and inclusive manner.
• Members will be courteous, supportive, and respectful toward fellow members, community partners, and the public.

Commitment & Reliability:

• Members are expected to be prompt, prepared, and reliable when committing to volunteer events or organizational responsibilities.
• Communication is key – members should notify organizers in advance if they are unable to attend.

Appearance & Branding:

• When appropriate, especially for daytime and weather-permitting events, members are REQUIRED to wear NFCSOS-branded shirts, available at Bonfire.com.
• Members are welcome to incorporate spirit items such as NFCSOS-branded logo hats and designated pom-poms to create a unified and energetic presence.

Spirit & Engagement:

• Members are encouraged to bring joy, energy, and enthusiasm to all events.
• NFCSOS will offer a simple, optional signature song and dance routine that members may learn and perform to create smiles and meaningful moments, particularly for children, seniors, and community audiences.

Integrity & Conduct:

• Members will uphold the mission of service above self-promotion.
• Any behavior that could harm the reputation of NFCSOS or its members is strictly discouraged.

Community Impact:

• Members are expected to contribute positively to the communities they serve and embody the spirit of giving back.
